Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy (loans, check cashing, money transfer, payments).
• Proactively maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business via inbound and outbound call campaigns daily.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Uphold compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on products.
• Work in a dynamic environment meeting performance standards.
• Full-time in-person attendance, including weekends (40 hours/week).
