Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an In-Room Dining Cashier to be the guest-facing contact for premium in-room dining experiences. You will close checks to the correct account and ensure servers have all needed information for accurate deliveries.

You will also facilitate amenity deliveries, follow service guidelines, and support timely, accurate order processing in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and colleagues in English.
• Working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cashiering experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow Omni guidelines for up-selling to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Process and expedite Select Guest orders.
• Follow Moments of Service guidelines for taking orders by phone and online.
• Confirm order details, quote items and preparation details to guests.
• Enter orders into MICROS POS according to Omni standards.
• Communicate order details to Kitchen and Room Service teams timely.
• Collaborate with In Room Dining Servers to ensure accurate delivery.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
