Job summary

Proper Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service & In-Room Dining professional to deliver luxury in-room dining experiences with professionalism and warmth. You will present meals to guests, anticipate needs, and respond to special requests while maintaining privacy and discretion.

Candidates should have a strong guest-service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with culinary, front office, housekeeping, and beverage teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or upscale dining environments preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Familiarity with wine and beverage service is a plus.
• Proven ability to maintain discretion and protect guest privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with warmth and professionalism.
• Present meals per hotel standards, including setup and menu explanations.
• Respond promptly to special requests and dietary accommodations.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wine selections, and hotel amenities to answer questions.
• Process orders and guest payments using the hotel's POS system.
• Coordinate with culinary and other departments to ensure timely, quality service.
