Job summary

KBH Industrial in Richland, WA is seeking a backup In-Processing Coordinator. The role supports the Senior Coordinator, trains new hires on In-Processing tasks, and ensures ePRF administration and Form 26471 R15 readiness.

You will assist with onboarding for 1,400 supplemental employees while maintaining confidentiality and process integrity. Responsibilities include coordinating with site offices (184,186,356), attending High Impact Team meetings, and managing office supplies to keep operations

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of company policies and applicable regulations.
• Ability to evaluate in-processing procedures, schedules and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide backup for Senior In-Processing Coordinator.
• Train new hires on In-Processing functions and ePRF administration.
• Assist with back-up of Form 26471 R15 and ePRF systems.
• Prepare for onboarding 1,400 supplemental employees.
