Job summary

KBH Industrial in Richland, WA is seeking a backup In-Processing Coordinator. The role supports the Senior Coordinator, trains new hires on In-Processing tasks, and ensures ePRF administration and Form 26471 R15 readiness.

You will assist with onboarding for 1,400 supplemental employees while maintaining confidentiality and process integrity. Responsibilities include coordinating with site offices (184,186,356), attending High Impact Team meetings, and managing office supplies to keep operations

Job Summary

This position provide back up assistance when the Senior In-Processing Coordinator is OOTO. Train all other new hires on In-Processing functions ePRF administrator (electronic personal requirements form- application). Trained in the In-Processing ?back up? function of Form 26471 R15 in case of ePRF failure. In-Process 1,400 supplemental employees in preparation for R25. Handle confidential information of all supplemental employees. Assign training qualifications? Set up medical appointments? Assemble welcome packets. Facilitate flow at all In-processing buildings (184,186,356)? Attend all High Impact Team meetings. Order office supplies

Principal Accountabilities
  • As required, operate and monitor the plant, making operating adjustments including initiating startup or shutdown action as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and provide daily direction to maintenance technicians. Develop and maintain on call schedules. Play a major role in outage planning and implementation.
  • Act as the point of contact for vendors, owner's representatives and for Client supervision.
  • Perform all outage and routine plant maintenance tasks, troubleshoot systems utilizing blueprints, electrical diagrams and hardware component manuals.
  • Operate pickup trucks, fork lifts and perform rigging operations as assigned in a safe manner.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled, and perform tasks such as simple metal work, carpentry, support equipment repair/servicing and other similar needs of this remote job site.
  • Collect operational data and produce routine reports.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures. Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn company policies as well as applicable state and federal laws.
  • Requires knowledge which demonstrates capability of evaluating organizational, personal and technical in-processing procedures, schedules and performance
Required Education and Experience
  • Required experience- high school diploma or GED and 10 yeas of experience in administrative role related to project planning, scheduling, and holding confidential information

The expected pay rate for this position ranges from $21.88 to $29.34/hour.
Pay offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
