The HRCoordinator reports to the manager of HR Services. This person coordinates, oversees, and performs a wide variety of administrative support activities for the HR Services department.
Essential Functions
- Schedules and coordinates phone, virtual, and on site interviews
- Provides administrative support to HR department and team members,such asmeetinglogistics, filing,mail management,records storage,etc.
- Maintains, updates, and distributes newandexitingemployee checkliststoapplicableemployees
- Processes and filesI-9 forms andeVerifycases, conductingregular I-9 auditsto ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Supports recruiting process by schedulinginterviews for all internal and external candidates, preparing interview documentation,maintainingapplicantrecords,collectinginterview guides and summary sheets, etc.
- Assists with HRISrelated requests by activating and resetting accounts,processingandmaintainingqualification cards,processing AWS requests, approving timesheets, assigning delegations,and answering general HRIS-related employee questions
- Keeps file storageaccurateandup to datebymaintainingand improvingcurrent filing system, performing regularauditsand correcting any discrepancies
- Responds to routine employee and managementHRinquiriesand requests and refers escalated issues toappropriate HRteam member
- Maintainsinternal and externalSharePointsiteswithup-to-datematerials to support the HR function with guidance from theappropriate HRteam member
- Administersemployee surveys as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge andproficiencyinMicrosoft Office365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote,PowerPoint,Teams,and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and managing virtual meetings using Zoom, Teams,and other virtual meeting platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts
- Strong organizational,time-management,problem-solving, anddecision-makingskills
- Prior experience working within an HRIS
- Ability tomaintainstrong attention to detail(minimal errors) and producehigh qualitywork products
- Ability to effectivelylearn,use,and manage technology
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams/groups
- Ability to work andmaintainconfidentiality ofhighly sensitive/private information

- Must be able to work prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
