Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to communicate professionally across a research org.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Hands-on operational execution including event setup, logistics, onboarding/offboarding walks.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced research, hardware, or product-development environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding for team members, acclimating new hires to the building and the team, and managing exits.
• Execute, organize, and streamline core operational tasks for the group.
• Lab and equipment logistics; distributing gear; supporting facility space allocation.
• Maintain information-sharing platforms and document repositories.
• Coordinate team events and activities (including physical setup).
• Monitor operations, catch issues early, and fix or elevate.
• Build simple tools and provide light technical support.
• Execute, organize, and streamline core operational tasks across the team.
• Monitor operations to identify potential issues, taking corrective action or escalating as appropriate.
• Maintain and organize information-sharing platforms and document repositories.
• Develop new tools to address organizational requirements and deliver technical support.
• Coordinate and facilitate team events and activities.
• Assist in the management and allocation of facility space.
