You will greet patients, handle check-ins, and support daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating check-in, processing payments, updating EMR data in eCW and Phreesia, and providing outstanding patient service while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Process patient payments and provide receipts.
• Enter and update patient data in EMR (eCW) and Phreesia.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate.
• Provide friendly, professional patient service.
