Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first impression for clients in our Indiana office. You will manage client scheduling, assist with daily office operations, and cooperate with tax professionals to deliver excellent service during tax season.

This in-person role requires strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality. Training is provided, with potential pathways into tax preparation or office leadership after the season
