H&R Block in Charleston, SC is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients and manage appointments in person. You will ensure a friendly front-desk experience and connect clients with the right tax professional to meet their needs.

The role supports daily office operations, including document intake and organization, while maintaining a professional office environment and confidentiality. Evening/weekend availability is required during tax season.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.

• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling systems.
