Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, providing comprehensive tax preparation and strategic advice for individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-endIntuit experiences, nurture client relationships, and grow the local TurboTax presence in your community.

Qualifications

  • EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
  • Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsabilités

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
  • Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
  • Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
  • Build relationships with clients to convert engagements into long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals across channels.
