Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory services at our local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work closely with tax specialists, deliver personalized tax solutions, and help grow the local client base while leveraging Intuit resources.

You will be embedded in a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, and supporting the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms; social presence encouraged.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Engage clients in events, content creation, and local marketing initiatives.
