Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, absorb client context, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver personalized tax planning, while leveraging Intuit resources and marketing tools to expand community presence and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years and 30+ federal/state 1040 returns annually using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and participate in company advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a comprehensive financial perspective.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professional service and tech tools.
