Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will work on-site from a TurboTax location, handling full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms; use name/picture for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns and provide tax advice.
• Serve in-person and virtual customers; coordinate with specialists for comprehensive solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community; build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with high customer satisfaction.
