Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work closely with a team to ensure comprehensive, end-to-end service, building long-term client relationships and driving local growth. You will help clients with complex and simple returns, provide tax planning guidance, and connect them with Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain client relationships over time.
