Intuit, Inc. seeks an on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services in our local TurboTax location.

You’ll work closely with a team of tax professionals and specialists to provide end-to-end solutions for clients, including personal and business tax scenarios, deductions optimization, and future planning. You’ll act as a community ambassador, building a local client base while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support to create ongoing

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• ≥3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; typical 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri; minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
