Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and offer personalized financial guidance at Turbotax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists to connect clients to related services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building lasting relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

  • EA designation and PTIN as required to file taxes.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
  • Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
  • Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
  • Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
  • Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with specialists.
