Job summary

Excel Fitness in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Member Support Center representative to handle inbound calls, answer questions, and assist club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand. This in-office role requires a high school diploma and at least 18 years old; bilingual ability is a plus.

Training is provided in a two-week paid program from 9am-6pm CT, Monday through Friday. Perks include on-site gym access and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience is recommended.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls from members and staff.
• Answer questions and address concerns related to the Planet Fitness brand.
• Help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed.
