Job summary

Excel Fitness in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Member Support Center representative to handle inbound calls, answer questions, and assist club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand. This in-office role requires a high school diploma and at least 18 years old; bilingual ability is a plus.

Training is provided in a two-week paid program from 9am-6pm CT, Monday through Friday. Perks include on-site gym access and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Compensation:$15.00per hour

*This is an in-office position, not a remote position*

Applicants selected for this position must be able to attend our 2-week paid training class from 9am-6pm CT Monday through Friday.

Day in the life:
After completing atwo-week paid training,you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a nonexempt position. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need. Full-Time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
