Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is hiring a Multi-Media Account Executive to join our Waterloo sales team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients while maintaining long-term relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will conduct needs assessments, present tailored marketing strategies, and work with internal teams to execute campaigns. A strong track record in sales and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
