Townsquare Media Group is hiring a Multi-Media Account Executive in Cedar Rapids. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building a book of business, closing new clients, and growing existing accounts across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

You will prospect, assess client needs, present tailored marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns. A BA/BS is preferred, with a track record of quota attainment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals
