Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert guidance, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will also grow the local client base, deliver top-notch customer experiences, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services to ensure year‑round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20+ hours/week; hours may scale in tax season.
• Willing to complete training and development and to wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build trusted relationships to convert inquiries into long-term clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and services.
