Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, handling in-person and virtual client engagements.

You’ll perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless client experience. You will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Proven experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing communication and community outreach mindset.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, amendments; optimize tax outcomes.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in partnership with teammates.
