Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice to in-person and virtual clients. You will coordinate with a broad team of specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, lead community outreach, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience using Intuit tools, while meeting training and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years filing 1040+ returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists across Intuit ecosystem.
