Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, addressing personal and business tax needs while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, lead community outreach, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and current tax rules is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local communities and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Assist clients in understanding tax implications and future planning.
