Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions.
• Collaborate with the Lead Service Dispatcher to schedule appointments.
• Perform accounts receivable, invoicing, and maintenance schedule tasks.
• Maintain detailed call logs and provide updates to the dispatcher.
• Qualify leads and create reports on appointment and lead data.
