Team Bob's is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Traverse City team. This in-office role focuses on supporting service technicians and plumbers by scheduling, invoicing, and coordinating daily activities with the dispatcher.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, assist customers with questions, and provide links to review pages.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher to review availability and schedule service appointments.
• Reach out to customers to schedule maintenance plan appointments and follow up on service orders.
• Maintain a detailed call log and report daily activity to the Lead Service Dispatcher.
• Qualify leads with probing questions and generate reports on appointment data.
