Job summary

South West Plumbing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet callers, book service appointments, and support the plumbing team in Seattle. You will use scripts and CRM tools to provide accurate information with urgency and professionalism.

The role is in-person at our Seattle office, offering weekly pay, PTO from start, strong benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401K match, and ongoing training to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience with outbound and inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming calls into booked service or lead setting appointments.
• Deliver call scripts clearly, be personable and urgent.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues while promoting the brand.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Assist with confirmations and SOP adherence across departments.
• Make outbound calls to offer maintenance and warranties.
