Team Bob's in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. The role maintains daily schedules for service technicians and plumbers, handles customer calls, and supports invoicing and maintenance plan scheduling.

Ideal candidates have HVAC and plumbing dispatch experience, excellent communication, and a teamwork mindset. Pay is $22.00–$27.00 per hour, with hours 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, in the office.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers; provide links to review pages.
• Schedule service appointments with the Lead Dispatcher for efficient dispatch.
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a detailed call log and report to the Lead Dispatcher.
• Qualify leads and create reports to track appointment data.
