Cranney Home Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet callers and book appointments for our technicians. This in-office role requires urgency, professionalism, and the ability to use multiple systems and scripts to secure appointments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of call center experience.
• Able to use and understand different computer systems.
• Strong computer skills.
• Service Titan experience is a plus!
• Industry knowledge is a plus!
• IVR phone system experience is a plus!
• Able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming callers and schedule appointments for our technicians.
• Maintain professional, friendly, and urgent communication using scripts and internal sources to secure appointments.
• Handle calls and meet the center's appointment goals.
• Use existing tools and scripts to book appointments.
• Follow department procedures to drive high sales.
• Log into systems in a timely manner.
• Make follow-up calls to customers for service satisfaction.
• Check invoices for proper payments and information.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
