Allpro Staffnet, LLC is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our in-office team in Maine. The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating services, and recruiting caregivers to meet staffing needs.

Ideal candidates have experience with VA, Private Pay, Long Term Care, or Medicaid home care scheduling. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires homecare scheduling and recruiting experience.
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with AxisCare or similar scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept new referrals and enter client demographics, service authorizations, and care needs into scheduling software.
• Document all client and caregiver interactions in AxisCare.
• Coordinate daily caregiver staffing to maximize service hours and meet KPI metrics.
• Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers to support caseload needs.
• Attend job fairs and assist with local recruitment efforts as needed.
