Job summary

Compass seeks an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the first face visitors meet at our Houston offices. You will manage the office so operations run smoothly and standards are maintained, while supporting customers with Compass tools, marketing requests, and more.

You will collaborate with the agent experience team to deliver a world-class experience, fostering community and ensuring efficient, friendly service for agents and guests alike.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations experience.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors; maintain office appearance and supplies; manage mail and event setup.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and adjacent services.
• Assist with basic marketing tasks using templates and coordinate with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with teams to relay agents' questions and feedback.
• Troubleshoot common technology and conference room issues.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support, including data entry and meeting prep.
• Be a culture carrier promoting a positive, change-ready mindset.
