Job summary

Compass Madison seeks an Agent Experience Coordinator to greet clients and keep our office running smoothly at 100% in-office operations. You will support customers with onboarding, tool usage, and marketing tasks, while collaborating with the broader agent experience team to resolve issues.

You will help maintain Compass technology adoption, assist with events, and deliver 1:1 support to clients. A friendly, detail-oriented professional with strong communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with enterprise tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and empathy for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage mail, events setup, and office needs.
• Support a portfolio of customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Provide 1:1 onboarding and adoption support for Compass tech.
• Assist with onboarding processes with National Onboarding team.
• Create simple marketing collateral from templates and liaise with marketing.
• Collaborate across teams to relay feedback and solve questions.
• Troubleshoot basic tech, devices, and conferencing hardware.
• Provide ad-hoc admin tasks like data entry and meeting prep.
• Inspire peers as a culture carrier and drive positive change.
