Compass in Austin seeks an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the first face for clients in our offices. You will ensure a superb 5-star welcome, support agents with our tools, and help with marketing requests. You will collaborate with the agent experience team to maintain office standards and a positive environment.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, office operations, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to impact the client experience directly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage the office reception and mail distribution.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and onboarding of systems.
• Assist with marketing requests and create collateral from templates.
• Collaborate with teams to address questions and relay feedback from agents.
• Troubleshoot basic technology and devices, printers, and conference room systems.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support and assist with office events.
