Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience in real estate a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence.
• Excellent listening, communication, and empathy for customers.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer the office phone, manage mail, and keep the office organized.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and adjacent services.
• Assist marketing requests by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing advisors.
• Collaborate with teams to address questions and relay agent feedback.
• Troubleshoot basic tech and conference room devices.
• Provide ad-hoc admin help and assist with events.
