Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Delaware is seeking an Account Development Specialist to drive revenue and share for a wine portfolio across key accounts in Rehoboth Beach/Sussex County. You will act as the expert consultant, develop beverage and marketing plans, present new products, and conduct monthly business reviews with major accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or experience in sales/wine industry.
• Fine Wine accreditation (WSET Level 2 or similar) preferred or in process within 6 months.
• In-depth understanding of wine styles, regions and grape varieties; aging potential and flavor profiles.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for the assigned portfolio in key accounts; spend ~80% in market.
• Present new products and conduct monthly business reviews with major accounts.
• Develop beverage and marketing strategies to grow the portfolio and meet supplier goals.
• Lead in-market activations and staff trainings; coordinate with sales and trade management for speed to market on launches.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and gatekeepers; act as the expert consultant for accounts.
• Gather market insights and deliver reports to inform growth strategies.
