Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Account Development Specialist to lead revenue and market growth for an assigned beverage portfolio in the Miami area. You will serve as the expert consultant for supplier accounts, drive in-market activations, and collaborate with on-premise and retail teams to execute brand plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in beverage sales, and professional certifications (CSS/WSET Level 2) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience required.
• CSS Certification or WSET Spirits Level 2 or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage categories and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and market share growth for assigned portfolio in Miami.
• Develop beverage strategies and plans for growth of category with suppliers.
• Present products, conduct monthly business reviews, and plan consumer activations.
