Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Tampa, FL seeks an Account Development Specialist to lead sales for an assigned portfolio. You will spend substantial time in-market, acting as the expert consultant and driving brand activations with key accounts and suppliers.

You will research trends, present new products, and partner with on-premise and retail teams to grow share and velocity across categories. A bachelor’s degree and spirits certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience in sales or related field.
• Certifications in spirits (CSS, WSET Level 2 or CSW II) preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for assigned portfolio in target accounts.
• Develop beverage strategies and plans for growth with key suppliers.
• Present products and conduct monthly business reviews with customers.
• Plan and execute in-market activation programs and training.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create category growth and POS needs.
