Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel - Litigation to lead employment-related litigation from strategy to resolution. The role partners with business leaders and internal clients, handling significant matters in-house while coordinating with outside counsel as needed.

The position is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week at our Pasadena headquarters, offering hands-on trial work and opportunities to shape legal strategy within a growing global company.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Seven+ years of relevant litigation experience, notably employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation from strategy through resolution.
• Lead law-and-motion and discovery, including drafting motions and pleadings.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide strategic risk guidance to internal stakeholders and coordinate with outside counsel when needed.
• Support traditional labor matters and mentor junior staff.
