• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• At least seven years of relevant litigation experience in employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation from strategy through resolution.
• Lead law-and-motion and discovery, including briefs, pleadings, and ESI.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions; lead mediations and arbitrations.
• Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risk and compliance.
