Job summary

You will manage employment litigation matters, pre-litigation issues, and internal investigations, collaborating with senior attorneys and business partners to align litigation strategy with company risk tolerance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of employment litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience with a focus on employment law.
• Experience with discovery, motions, case management, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, or trials.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and increasingly take ownership of pre-litigation, administrative, and litigation matters.
• Help develop litigation strategies aligned with business priorities and risk-management objectives.
• Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; assist with document collection, ESI, witness interviews, and deposition prep.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
• Evaluate claims and contribute to settlement strategy and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide practical guidance on employment litigation risk and compliance.
