Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house payroll experience.
• Experience with union payroll and multi-state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and wage/hour rules.
• Proficient with timekeeping systems and Excel.
• Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle, in-house payroll timely and accurately.
• Manage payroll for employees across multiple states with compliance.
• Process union payroll including wage rates, deductions, reports.
• Review timekeeping, hours, overtime, PTO, bonuses, deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll taxes, reconciliations, audits, year-end (W-2).
• Stay current on payroll laws and multi-state rules.
• Maintain confidentiality of compensation data.
• Identify process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
