Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking a Corporate Payroll Manager, Union to lead complex union payroll across multiple states and CBAs, partnering with Finance, HR, and Operations. The role drives standardized processes, compliance, and scalable payroll operations for growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in payroll, strong experience with union structures, and proficiency in major payroll systems (ADP, UKG Pro, Paylocity). CPP is preferred; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience with leadership in multi-state environments.
• CPP designation is preferred, construction/utility industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and CBAs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and union requirements.
• Oversee audits, tax filings, and payroll reporting.
• Mentor payroll staff and drive process improvements.
