Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Speech Language Pathologist license in the practice state.
• Must have or be eligible for ASHA CCC or ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel in compliance with state licensure and standards.
• Adhere to patient treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation and attend related meetings.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Develop and modify plans of care with patients and caregivers, document progress, and ensure safety within the home setting.
• Coordinate care in home and community settings and refer to other disciplines as needed.
