Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults. You will evaluate and treat patients in their own homes or independent living facilities, developing personalized plans to restore function and independence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with the rehab team, and documenting care while maintaining safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required, or a Master's in a PT-related field plus a Bachelor's in PT.
• Option: Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as per state rules.
• Adhere to treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend patient care and staff meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to choose appropriate therapy regimens.
• Adapt care plans per patient needs and maintain safety at all times.
• Order supplies and equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate service to patients and families.
