Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation in in-home settings for older adults, including private residences and independent living facilities. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver customized therapy programs designed to restore function and promote independence in the patient’s daily activities.

You will supervise therapy assistants as needed, coordinate with the rehab team, educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and adjust plans

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience or Masters + related field accepted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as required by state licensure.
• Adhere to treatment schedules, complete timely clinical and billing documentation, and attend meetings.
• Collaborate with rehab team to select the most appropriate therapy regimen for each patient.
• Develop and modify treatment plans and goals based on patient progress and safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional activity in daily living.
