Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home outpatient rehab to older adults and work across home-based, facility or community settings. You’ll evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, coordinate with the rehab team, and adapt plans for individual needs.

Licensed SLP with driver’s license and willingness to travel to patient homes is required; position offers full-time hours with benefits and growth opportunities within Powerback’s

Qualifications

Must hold a valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible for licensure.
Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Ability to travel to patients' homes and care facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home settings for older adults.
Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure rules.
Attend patient care and staffing conferences and related meetings.
Coordinate care with physicians and rehab team to select the best regimen.
Maintain treatment documentation, ensure Safety and infection control practices.
