Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults in New Hampshire. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SLP license in practicing state or eligibility.
• Must have or be eligible for ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow status.
• Must have valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate therapy and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate care in the home and community with interdisciplinary team members and referrers.
• Order supplies and equipment as necessary and ensure safety and equipment maintenance.
