Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in state of practice or license eligibility.
• Must possess or be eligible for ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellow eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs and students per state licensure requirements and professional standards.
• Adhere to patient treatment schedule, complete clinical and billing documentation, and attend meetings.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and physician to determine optimal therapeutic regimens.
• Adapt plan of care based on patient needs and progress.
• Ensure safe environment and report equipment needs and repairs.
• Instruct patients in home and community activities and evaluate progress and rehabilitative potential.
