Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in state(s) of practice or license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehab services in-home for older adults.
• Evaluate, treat, and document speech-language pathology services.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and other disciplines.
• Supervise CFYs and students as required.
• Order supplies and maintain equipment.
